Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snakey Puzzle: New Levels (the "Game"), the website at testncode.hax.ee, and related services provided by TestNCode OÜ ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, using, or uploading content to the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

The Game is intended for a general audience, including children and adults. It is currently rated for users aged 13 and above on Google Play.

If you are a parent or guardian and allow a child to use the Game, you agree to these Terms on the child's behalf to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game except where allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Game or our servers;
• use the Game for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

4. User-Created Content

The Game allows users to create, upload, save, and share custom levels ("User Content").

You retain authorship of the levels you create. By uploading or sharing a level through the Game, you grant TestNCode OÜ a permanent, royalty-free license to use, feature, adapt, and redistribute that level — including in future versions of the Game or other TestNCode products — without obligation to notify or compensate you.

You must not upload, create, or share content that:

• is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
• is sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate;
• infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contains personal information about yourself or others;
• contains malicious code, spam, or harmful material.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to any User Content or user activity at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or may harm users or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game for users who violate these Terms or misuse the Game.

6. Reporting Content

If you believe content in the Game is inappropriate, unsafe, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may report it by emailing us at testncodeou@gmail.com.

We will investigate reports and take action at our discretion.

7. Children's Safety

Users must not use the Game to seek, collect, share, or expose personal information about themselves or others. Custom level names, descriptions, or other in-game content must not contain personal contact details or external contact requests.

Parents or guardians may contact us at testncodeou@gmail.com to ask questions, report concerns, or request deletion of content or data where applicable.

8. Accounts and Access

The Game does not currently require user accounts. We may still limit, suspend, or block access to features or uploaded content if necessary for safety, maintenance, or policy enforcement.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game or its features at any time, including custom level functionality, online services, or supported devices.

We do not guarantee that the Game or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, design, graphics, audio, branding, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to TestNCode OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Third-Party Services

The Game may rely on third-party hosting, infrastructure, app stores, or other service providers to operate. We are not responsible for third-party services or platforms that we do not control. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store data. Please read it carefully.

13. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or errors.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestNCode OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, goodwill, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the Game.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or specific features if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the Game at any time.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive any termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice through the Game or website. Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
