Delete Your Data

Snakey Puzzle: New Levels has no user accounts. The only data we, TestNCode OÜ, store on our servers is the custom levels you publish, the star ratings you give, and the random install ID the Game creates to link them to your device. You can delete this data yourself or ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

• Delete a published level yourself: in the Game, open More Levels → My Levels and unpublish the level. It is removed from our server.
• Ask us to delete all your data: email testncodeou@gmail.com with the subject "Snakey Puzzle data deletion". Include the names of any levels you published so we can find your data. We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• Delete the data on your device: uninstall the Game, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Snakey Puzzle → Storage. This removes your progress, settings, your unpublished levels, and the install ID.

What is deleted

• Custom levels you published, including their names and content.
• Star ratings you gave to other players' levels.
• The random install ID linked to them on our server.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records: if you bought "Remove Ads", Google Play keeps the purchase on your Google account so it can be restored, and we keep Google Play transaction reports (product, price, country, date) for as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 7 years in Estonia). These reports do not include your name or payment details.
• Advertising data: ads are provided by Google AdMob. We do not hold this data; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and manage Google's data at myaccount.google.com.
• Server backups and logs: copies may remain in backups or basic server logs for up to 90 days before they are overwritten.
